Product Review: Hooray Heroes Milestone Book & Plushie Bundle
Are you a lover of all things personalized? Obviously, right?! Seriously, who wouldn’t be! You know what else I love? BOOKS! Especially books for my little girl! Now let’s combine the two, create a super cute cartoon replica of my toddler in the story and throw in an adorable fairy side-kick and I do believe we have ourselves a winner, folks!

Before we dive in to the extreme cuteness this book and plushie bundle entails, I just want to say that I have been a true lover of Hooray Heroes personalized books since my girl was just a few months old. I remember how excited I was to create and receive my first personalized book featuring her and my husband that I gifted him. Check it out:

Alright, now that we took a small stroll through memory lane, let’s just get right into the nitty-gritty, shall we?
Hooray Heroes makes it virtually effortless to create a completely personalized book in a matter of minutes. On their website they have a wide variety of books to choose from perfect for almost any occasion. Whether you want to create a personalized book for one child, multiple children or an entire family- they have you covered.
Personalizing the appearance of your child or a parent in the book is also incredibly quick and easy. Simply select their gender, hair color & style, eye color & shape, skin tone and even extras such as freckles and glasses if you wish! I also love how you can select which stories you would like included into your book (you can select 10 from a list of 20 or so) and I also love that you are able to write your own dedication on the first page of the book, further customizing it for your child!
What I particularly love about the new “Hooray, Chloe! You did it!” milestone book is that it includes a sidekick that is integrated into the story and accompanies your child throughout the book as well as having a corresponding plushie. You get to select one sidekick from 5 different unique character options! I personally loved “Fairy Star” and went with her since my girl didn’t have any toy or plushie fairies yet. Plus, who wouldn't love having a cute fairy friend to play with?
I was also thrilled to have the opportunity to create this milestone book since over the past few months we have completed potty training as well as getting rid of the pacifier. Two VERY big achievements worth commemorating in a super cute personalized book, don’t you think?
I was beyond impressed with the packaging of the sidekick fairy plushie. When I took her out of her box and looked inside, I found it to be absolutely adorable. The box she arrives in appears as a little house, making it something your child would want to keep and play with, rather than discarding after taking her out. Also, I was blown away when I discovered the hidden “my first photo album” that is strapped to the inside of the box lid which is a cute little album filled with “polaroid photos” of Star Fairy’s various “milestones” of her own.

How cute is the inside of the box Fairy Star comes in?
You could imagine my surprise when I realized there was a little book hidden inside the lid of Fairy Star’s box!
Even the secret message underneath the little photo album is adorable! This packaging is a serious slam-dunk for whoever thought of it and designed it!
How sweet is this? This little album is filled with polaroids of Fairy Star throughout her life achieving various milestones.
My little one was instantly enamored with Fairy Star’s mini photo album!
That moment when you realize your new plushie friend is also in the storybook about YOU! :)
It’s safe to say I am truly impressed with this personalized milestone book and side-kick friend bundle. I absolutely love the level of detail and creative design that went into not only incorporating the side-kick friend into the story, but also ensuring the packaging of the plushie was something to remember and also worth keeping to play with. The hidden mini photo album is also such a great touch, making this bundle even more of a special gift for the little one receiving it.
On Hooray Heroes website, the personalized milestone book is listed for $39.00 and $24.90 for one of the five side-kick plushies. Personally, after having gone through the ease of creating and personalizing my book (literally in just minutes) and seeing in person the details and thoughtful design that went into the plushie & her packaging, I find this to be a very great price point! Many personalized items cost this amount and then some, and are usually boring, basic objects, so the fact that this is something my daughter will truly enjoy (and play with!) for a LONG time, makes it incredibly worth the purchase.
